Telling an Insurance adjuster what the Law says about car accident rental cars! 🚗 In this video I talk with an adjuster who states our client should only get 7 days of loss of use payments for not having his vehicle because of his car accident. However, the law is clear on this matter. The Texas Supreme Court ruled that he is entitled to a rental or the cost of one from the day the accident happens up until his vehicle is either repaired or totaled.
