HOW TO GET INSURANCE TO PAY FOR MY RENTAL OR LOSS OF USE ON CAR ACCIDENT CASE!

Car Accident Victims are taken advantage of everyday when it comes to not being compensated for not having access to their vehicle 🚗

The Texas Supreme Court ruled that if your vehicle is not drivable after a car accident, the at fault insurance company MUST pay you for each day you are without a vehicle or put you in a rental vehicle. They need to do this up until your vehicle has been deemed a total loss or when the repairs are finished (within reasonable time.) Also, if you want to choose to take the $$$ for loss of use instead of using it for a vehicle you can do that too.

Most Insurance company adjusters will NEVER tell you this. Actually, some of them don’t even know to tell you. It is up to you or a good lawyer to make sure the adjuster knows what the law says in regards to loss of use / rental vehicle.

I have lost count of how many times I have brought this up to an insurance adjuster and they tell me it’s not true. I send them the ruling from the Texas Supreme Court and tell them to bring it to their Supervisor. Almost every time they come back and agree to pay💰
