GIRL GETS CAUGHT LYING ABOUT CAR ACCIDENT | EXPERT RESPONDS
There is approximately 1 car accident every 57 seconds in Texas.
If you are apart of those statistics, the hope is that the at fault driver will at least admit fault.
However, it is all too common where the at fault driver denies it. Unfortunately, in accidents that are tough to call, like “who ran the red light?”, unless there are witnesses and/or video evidence, often times, these drivers get away with it.
Here we have an extreme example of a driver who claims she was not at fault for the accident. After rear ending another vehicle, she even goes as far as trying to make up another accident to cover her lie. As time goes on, she starts to lose her cool and aggressively yells at the car accident victim.
Thankfully, it appears the nearby gas station had film of the accident and the accident victim is vindicated. For this accident victim, the day was saved, but for many others it is not. If you are in a car accident, and are able to, I encourage you to get the at fault driver to admit fault either on audio or video ASAP. If you do not do this, it’s a real possibility the at fault driver changes their story with the police and/or insurance company later on. Always choose safety first but if you feel it’s okay, go for it.
If you end up with a video like this, it will also make your case much stronger and could potentially increase your settlement. The reason being is, the insurance company does not want to have to defend an insured who lied and was out of control at the scene.
