HEATED EXCHANGE WITH INSURANCE ADJUSTER | FIGHTING WITH LONESTAR INSURANCE IN CAR ACCIDENT CASE!

In this video I talk to Lonestar Insurance company about whether they have made a coverage decision for our clients claim. This is not to be confused with a liability decision. A coverage decision is when an Insurance company determines whether their policy covers the accident in the first place, regardless of who is at fault.

In this specific case Lonestar is stating the driver who caused the accident is not listed on their policy. This is a very normal occurence in Texas and most of the time, so long as the driver had permission to drive the vehicle, they are covered. In this case we spoke to the at fault driver ourselves and he confirmed he had permission to drive the vehicle.

Lonestar Insurance continues to delay the claim and most of the adjusters have no idea what is going on. All they know is the claim is in review which is the same thing they have said for over a month. Unfortunately there is very little you can do when this happens. We already filed a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance and nothing happened. The Law Firm involved has now filed a lawsuit against Lonestar Insurance.

We strongly encourage all Texas drivers to be weary of Lonestar Insurance company.
