Can I trust the Insurance Adjuster for my Car Accident case?

Can I trust the Insurance Adjuster for my Car Accident case?

The short answer is “NO”.

But why?

There are many different reasons why you should not trust the insurance adjuster but here are some of the main reasons why:

1. The adjuster is hired by the Insurance company to save the company money.

2. Therefore, the adjuster is not going to volunteer information to you to help you increase your case value.

3. Some adjusters get bonused on their pay checks if they can save the company a certain amount of money.

4. Most of them don’t even know what the Law says. All they know is what their computer software tells them to say to you, and what they will offer.

5. Adjusters are desensitized to accident claims because they hear thousands of stories every year. For them, its just business.

6. They are there to protect their insured, not help you with your case against their insured. And if its your insurance company, it is now you v them, not them protecting you against themselves.

7. They are not going to help you prepare your case the right way, some of them even may intentionally misguide you.
